The air conditioning seemed to struggle , resulting in warmer than ideal room temperatures at night. I informed the staff, but the issue remained unresolved. I could only open the windows, yet the street below was quite busy. Street noise kept me awake most of the night. A restful sleep was difficult.

i loved the complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day in the lobby! (it's a real treat after a long day of exploring). the friendly front desk team was always ready to help, and i really appreciated their assistance with directions. i also enjoyed having access to the other hotels in this chain for facilities like the gym.

the ac wasn't working perfectly , so the room was a bit warmer than i prefer at night.
